In 2021, Mental Health Week was all about understanding our emotions. So, for seven days in May, we named, expressed and dealt with our emotions—even the uncomfortable ones, like fear and sadness. Because, 14 months into the pandemic, we were feeling some heavy feelings. And because heavy feelings lighten when you put them into words.
