Highlights from Mental Health Week 2019:

The Prime Minister released a Mental Health Week statement with a nod to CMHA.


The message boomed on social media, with the hashtags
#MentalHealthWeek and #GetLoud trending in the top spots, Canada-wide.


The Mental Health Week Toolkit was more popular than ever,
and our new School Toolkit brought Mental Health Week
to life in classrooms across the country.


CMHA released a significant policy paper on promoting mental health
so that we can get out in front of mental illness.
This work will help us get loud all year long.
